As a Nurse Manager (Community Settings), you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Participate in the development and implementation of a person-centered care delivery model.
• Implement care integration strategies and enhance best practices in primary care nursing.
• Assess the training and development needs of nursing staff.
• Support the development of clinical service requirements aligned with the organization's strategic goals.
• Provide clinical leadership and oversee teams to achieve objectives in coordination with the management team.
• Collaborate with nursing management to oversee workforce planning, recruitment, staff development, performance evaluation, and well-being initiatives.

Requirements:
• Possess a Bachelor Degree in Nursing with valid SNB registration
