Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day marine operations, ensuring safe navigation, mooring, ballasting, and cargo handling of assigned vessels.
• Monitor vessel performance in accordance with time charter requirements.
• Manage and enforce navigational practices and cargo handling procedures.
• Lead investigations of incidents and accidents involving vessel operations.
• Establish operational standards and coordinate across divisions to resolve issues.
• Oversee the application of vessel operation technologies to improve efficiency and cargo handling.
• Act as Lead Auditor for navigation, cargo operations, and mooring practices.
• Implement and uphold company objectives within the Marine Division.
• Maintain effective ship-to-shore communication and compatibility processes.
• Manage marine casualties in line with LMS procedures.
• Provide support to buyers and sellers in relation to vessel operations.
• Stay updated on terminal regulations and disseminate relevant information.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• 2 years and above of sailing experience as Master on LNG vessels.
• Possess valid Marine Mariner License.
• Knowledgeable in ship-shore compatibility and Optimoor studies.
• Certification from a recognized institute to conduct ISM/ISPS/MLC audits is a plus
• Certification to perform Navigational Audits and Soft Skill Assessments is a plus
