In this role, you will be responsible for driving the growth and profitability of our equipment leasing portfolio by managing client relationships, structuring tailored leasing solutions, and overseeing the end-to-end leasing process.

Responsibilities:

• Drive business and product development by leveraging leasing market expertise and legal knowledge.
• Formulate and implement market strategies aligned with the company's vision, values, and objectives to maximize business opportunities and achieve or exceed volume and profit targets.
• Lead contract negotiations with vendors and partners in Singapore and overseas to secure favorable terms.
• Expand revenue streams by identifying new business opportunities, setting sales targets, and managing the team to meet or exceed them.
• Monitor market trends and developments, and collaborate with internal teams and senior stakeholders to develop timely, strategic responses.
• Oversee and lead the marketing team, ensuring alignment with business goals and achievement of budgetary targets.
• Perform any additional duties or assignments as required.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in leasing.
• At least 3 years of managerial experience.
• Proven track record handling mid- to large-ticket leases, loans, and other financing products such as operating leases.
• In-depth knowledge of leasing and loan documentation; ability to lead and facilitate contract closures and negotiations.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities with the ability to perform under pressure.
• Willingness and ability to travel several times annually.
• Self-motivated and proactive, with a focus on improving processes and ensuring market and client relevance.
