Responsibilities:

Handle general office duties including answering phone calls, managing emails, and organizing correspondence.

Receive Purchase Orders and respond to customer emails professionally.

Issue Sales Orders and Delivery Orders accurately.

Coordinate and arrange delivery schedules with logistics.

Review technical drawings and forward them to the production team as needed.

Update and maintain Quality Control reports regularly.

Assist with various administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Ability to read and understand mechanical/technical drawings is a plus

Prior administrative or sales support experience is preferred.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
