• Prepare Sushi items according to recipe and hygiene SOP
• Handle customer orders, payments, and operate the cash register
• Promote products to enhance sales
• Maintain outlet cleanliness
• Maintain cleanliness at workstations and items used
• Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory management
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation

Requirements

• At least 2 years experience in F&B preparation
• Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
