Purpose: To be the first point of contact for both the customer and the factory on commercial-related issues. The Account Manager will drive the commercial team to answer quote requests and resolve issues related to purchase order (PO).

- To take charge of the request for quotation (RFQ) from the customer to ensure customer satisfaction, both internally and externally
- Trigger the RFQ process once a request from the customer is received. Share the customer BOM and drawing package with the costing team. Upon completion of the budget, prepare the quote based on the agreed cost model.
- To ensure Purchase Order (PO) accuracy and launch it to the factory per customer need dates.
- To have margin management in place to ensure the project with no margin loss issue.
- To ensure deliveries are scheduled in accordance with customer needs, set dates for good on-time delivery (OTD) performance.
- To manage Return Material Authorization (RMA) return to ensure there are no outstanding commercial issues.
- Support and participate in the company's continuous improvement program.
Qualification & Experiences:
- Degree in Engineering/Business or other relevant qualification.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a managerial role in account management in the manufacturing industry.
- 8D problem-solving technique
- Good problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel functions
- Good communication skills
