To support daily operations processing with strong adherence to internal controls, while also contributing to system testing activities to ensure quality delivery of operational enhancements and services.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Unit/Section Manager in managing the daily operational activities of the team.

Check, complete, and process transactions in accordance with established procedures, risk controls, bank policies, and service standards.

Handle and respond to inquiries and requests from internal and external partners, customers, and service providers related to transaction processing and operational matters.

Develop and execute detailed test cases based on business requirements.

Prepare test data necessary for executing test cases.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Business, Banking, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

Prior experience in operations processing within a banking or financial services environment.

Familiarity with end-to-end transaction processing, operational controls, and regulatory compliance.

Hands-on experience in test case creation and execution
