Job Description:

• Assist in daily clinic operations, including patient registration, appointment scheduling, and billing.
• Handle front desk duties such as attending to patients' inquiries and managing phone calls.
• Maintain medical records and ensure proper documentation.
• Assist doctors and nurses in basic clinical procedures when required.
• Manage inventory of medical supplies and ensure proper stock levels.
• Ensure the clinic is kept clean and organized.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Clinic Assistant in a medical or healthcare setting.
• Proficient in using clinic management software.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to start immediately.
