1. Construction Project Management:
   Oversee construction projects from planning to completion
   Supervise subcontractors, workers, and site operations
   Ensure compliance with BCA, MOM, and WSH regulations
   Prepare progress reports and liaise with clients
2. Logistics & Transport Coordination:
   Manage material deliveries and equipment transportation
   Operate company vehicle for site inspections and urgent logistics
   Optimize transport schedules for cost efficiency

Minimum Qualifications:

✅ Degree in Civil Engineering / Construction Management (or equivalent)
✅ 4+ years in construction project management
✅ Valid Class 3/4/5
✅ Familiarity with Singapore BCA & WSH regulations

(Additional skills such as AutoCad, BIM would be preferred)
