The Project Manager is responsible for the overall planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery in accordance with contractual and regulatory requirements. This role requires regular travel to project sites and effective communication with various stakeholders, including clients, consultants, subcontractors, and authorities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to monitor and manage project progress, ensuring adherence to the project schedule and preparation of necessary progress reports and claims.
• Lead and manage the project team in the execution of operations, ensuring compliance with the defined schedule, specifications, and quality standards.
• Monitor and control operational costs to ensure that the project is delivered within budget.
• Maintain accurate site documentation and records in compliance with International Organization for Standardization (ISO) requirements.
• Oversee subcontractors' performance to ensure all works comply with contract specifications and requirements.
• Ensure full compliance with workplace safety and health regulations across all project activities.
• Monitor and ensure that all construction work meets the required quality standards and project specifications.
• Supervise and coordinate the efforts of the project team and subcontractors to ensure timely project completion.
• Provide leadership to both the project management and construction teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee and supervise daily site operations to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to plans.
• Manage the preparation and submission of shop drawings, construction plans, and other technical documents for approval and execution.
• Ensure timely acquisition of Temporary Occupation Permit (TOP), Certificate of Statutory Completion (CSC), and other regulatory approvals.

DEGREE IN CIVIL ENGINEERING AND MIN 3 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE PREFERABLE
