In this role, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and enriching educational programs to primary school students. Job Responsibilities:

• Coach students to complete their daily homework, English spelling and Chinese tingxie (华文听写)
• Assist in the preparation and upkeep of teaching resources, arrangement, appearance and learning environment of the classroom
• Maintain and build relationships with children and parents
• Ensure safety and timely transfer of students from dedicated drop off point to after school centre
• Ensure safety of children within the premises and maintain a safe and positive learning environment for all students
• Any other ad-hoc duties as delegated by Centre Manager

Job Requirements:

• GCE A level or higher in any discipline or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in coaching homework to primary school students, preferably in a student care
• Strong knowledge of the primary school curriculum, particularly in English, Mathematic, Science and Chinese
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills to effectively engage with students
• Creative and loving energy with a positive disposition
• Enthusiastic & energetic and has a positive mindset to learn and grow together with the company
• Patience, empathy and a genuine passion for helping children learn and grow
