Job Description:

Our client is a leading construction firm specializing in delivering high-quality, sustainable, and innovative projects across a range of sectors including residential, commercial, industrial, and infrastructure. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects from inception to completion. This includes planning, budgeting, scheduling, and ensuring that the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The role also involves coordinating with contractors, clients, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
• Establish and monitor key project milestones, tracking progress and ensuring deadlines are met.Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring all costs are accounted for and controlled throughout the project lifecycle.
• Approve and monitor project expenditures, ensuring effective use of resources and minimizing cost overruns.
• Provide regular updates to senior management on budget status, forecasts, and financial performance.
• Lead and manage the project team, including subcontractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders, to ensure project milestones are achieved.
• Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders, providing updates and addressing any issues or concerns.
• Facilitate regular meetings with the project team to review progress, address challenges, and ensure a collaborative work environment.
• Ensure that construction work meets all quality standards, safety regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor construction quality and resolve any technical issues.
• Ensure adherence to local building codes, regulations, and legal requirements.Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize delays or cost overruns.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project, ensuring that they are addressed in a timely manner.
• Prepare contingency plans and ensure that projects are delivered on schedule and within scope.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• At least 8 years of experience in construction project management, with a strong track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Proficient in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Primavera).
• In-depth knowledge of construction processes, project scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of construction regulations, codes, and safety standards.
• PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
