Position Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Manager to lead and oversee daily operations, manage teams, and ensure service excellence. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and capable of handling multi-functional responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily business operations and service delivery
• Manage staff schedules, performance, and development
• Ensure timely completion of client documentation and service requests
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams for project execution
• Monitor and maintain service quality and customer satisfaction
• Prepare reports, budgets, and business strategies
• Ensure compliance with Singapore statutory and regulatory requirements

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role
• Strong leadership,communication, and interpersonal skills
• Good knowledge of operations, administration, and customer service
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic IT systems
• Ability to multitask and manage deadlines
• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
• Singaporean or PR preferred
