Job Description
Requirement:
- Answer and reply to telephone & email enquiries (inbound & outbound)
- Liaise with salesperson and coordinate with all relocation activities, compliance
- Costing
- Preparation of Quotations
- Correspondence with clients
- Prepare pack job documents.
- Documentation / Invoice / Etc.
- Update system and liaise with Operation / Warehouse Staff for move matters.
- Shipping Matters (arrange for shipment, liaise with Destination Agent and all other related documentation & correspondence)
- Closure of files (all documents are in order and payment received)
- Compliance with ISO9001:2015 & FIDI
- And all other Ad-hoc jobs pertaining to inbound & outbound shipment
Requirement:
- Good spoken and written communication in English
- Experience in freight forwarding/household goods is an added advantage
- A high degree of accuracy and independence
- Able to meet tight deadlines
- Candidate must possess at least GCE "N/O" Level in any field.
- At least 2 years of working experience in the related field or equivalent
- Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office
