岗位职责:

教授小学或中学阶段的 AEIS 英语或数学课程

制定教学计划,设计课程内容与课后练习

跟进学生学习进度,定期与家长沟通学生表现

协助研发和优化教学资料及教研体系

岗位要求:

本科及以上学历,教育,英语,数学相关背景优先考虑

英语流利,能够胜任中英文沟通者优先

拥有扎实的学科知识

熟悉 AEIS 考试体系或新加坡基础教育课程者将被优先考虑

需具备耐心,责任感,以及良好的课堂管理与沟通能力

有教学经验(包括兼职,小组教学或家教经历)将是加分项,但非必要条件

薪资待遇:

About Us:

YL International Education Pte. Ltd. is a Singapore-based education and training provider specializing in structured preparation courses for the AEIS (Admissions Exercise for International Students). The AEIS is a key pathway for international students to gain admission into Singapore government primary and secondary schools.

We are committed to helping students rapidly enhance their academic performance and successfully integrate into the national school system. As our business continues to grow, we are looking for passionate and experienced full-time English or Mathematics teachers to join our dedicated team.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver AEIS English or Mathematics lessons to primary and/or secondary school students

Develop lesson plans, course materials, and practice assignments

Monitor students' academic progress and communicate with parents regularly

Contribute to the development and enhancement of teaching materials and curriculum resources

Requirements:

A Bachelor's degree or higher; fields such as Education, English, or Mathematics are preferred

Proficiency in English is required; ability to communicate in both English and Chinese is an advantage

Strong subject knowledge

Familiarity with the AEIS examination or Singapore's national curriculum is an added advantage

Patience, a strong sense of responsibility, and effective classroom management and communication skills

Prior teaching experience (including part-time, tutoring, or small-group teaching) is beneficial but not mandatory
