We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Bar Manager to oversee all aspects of our ROCK BAR operations. The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating a high-energy, customer-focused environment while effectively managing staff, controlling inventory, developing exciting drink menus, and driving sales. You will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the bar, maintaining our unique rock and roll vibe, and exceeding customer expectations.

- Daily Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the bar, ensuring smooth service, efficient workflow, and adherence to all company policies and procedures, as well as Singaporean regulations related to alcohol service and licensing.
- Staff Management: Recruit, train, schedule, supervise, and motivate bar staff (bartenders, barbacks, etc.). Foster a positive and collaborative team environment that aligns with the rock bar's energy. Conduct performance evaluations and address any staff-related issues.
- Inventory Control: Manage all aspects of bar inventory, including ordering, receiving, storing, and tracking stock levels of liquor, beer, wine, mixers, and other bar supplies. Implement effective inventory control measures to minimize waste and maximize profitability.
- Drink Menu Development: Create and update innovative and appealing drink menus that align with the rock bar's theme and target audience. Stay current with cocktail trends and customer preferences. Cost out all drink recipes to ensure profitability.
- Customer Satisfaction: Ensure exceptional customer service is provided at all times. Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally. Foster a welcoming and energetic atmosphere that encourages repeat business.
- Sales and Revenue Generation: Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and increase revenue, including promotions, special events, and upselling techniques. Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities for growth.
- Financial Management: Assist with budgeting, monitor expenses, and analyze financial reports related to bar operations. Work towards achieving revenue targets and controlling costs.
- Health and Safety: Ensure the bar adheres to all health, safety, and hygiene standards, as well as licensing regulations in Singapore. Maintain a clean and safe working environment for staff and customers.
