• Identify and pursue new buisness opportunities and eventual sales in major projects (value exceeding SGD 500K) for the Industrial Solutions and/or Infrastructure segments
• Creation of new leads through engagement with Key Stakeholders in Consultants and/or End Users to grow businesses in Industrial Solutions and/or Infrastructure segments.
• Take lead and providing guidance in proposal preparation by coordinating with the sales and technical teams.
• Project management and coordination of large projects in coordination with the Sales and Technical teams. See through the projects from planning through tendering and awarding to execution.

Requirement

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical/ Mechanical Engineering, or related field
• A minimum of three years' experience in working on related projects in Industrial Solutions and/or Infrastructure segments from a technical capacity
• A minimum of five years' experience in sales and business development for major projects (value exceeding SGD 500K).
• Good interpersonal and strong communication skills.
• Proven track record of developing and closing new business opportunities
• Strategic thinker with a strong understanding of customer behaviours, competitor analysis and market trends.
