Strategic Account Manager (Sales)
Working hour : 9am - 6pm ( 5 days )
Working location : (Taiseng)
Salary : $4500 - $6000, excluding allowance, comm & performance bonus

Responsibilities:
  • Meet Sales Goals - Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales, quality, productivity, and customer service goals.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with key customers through a combination of channels, including but not limited to referrals, networking, cold calls, and face to face meetings, build and maintain a healthy sale pipeline to grow the assigned product lines.
  • Leverage a consultative selling approach with decision makers. Identify customer needs, listen to and addresses customer concerns, and recommend products and services that meet customer requirements and facilitates sales.
  • Acquire and develop sales opportunities through a consultative selling approach with decision makers. Identify customer needs, listen to and addresses customer concerns, and recommend products and service that meet customer requirement and facilitates sales.
  • Take charge of presales activities, presentations to end users, consultants, main contractors & subcontractors.
  • Participate in Tenders involving the assigned product lines, tender preparation and manage the tendering process to ensure it is aligned with the tender requirements.
  • Collaborate with senior management and other department to develop sales solutions with the assigned product lines for revenue growth.
  • Attend to all other sales matters as and when required.

Requirements:
  • Minimum Diploma, preferably in Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
  • Minimum 3 years of UPS sales experience
  • Experience in the Open Tender process will be an advantage.
  • Must process class 3 driving licence, preferably owns vehicle.
