Location: Boat Quay | Raffles Place MRT
Salary: $2200 - 2700+ (basic + incentives)
Work Schedule: Retail working hours 5 days, including weekends

Job Scope:

• Greet and assist clients with a warm and professional attitude
• Manage appointment bookings, phone calls, and walk-ins
• Handle payments, daily cash reconciliation, and front desk duties
• Ensure smooth coordination between the reception and the therapist team
• Maintain cleanliness and order at the reception area

Requirements:

• Pleasant personality with strong communication skills
• Able to work weekends and public holidays
• Able to work in a team, willing to learn.
• Proficient in basic computer and POS systems
