What You'll Be Responsible For:

• Overseeing the daily operations of our fast-paced, Melbourne-inspired takeaway café
• Delivering exceptional customer service and cultivating a warm, welcoming environment
• Conducting customer service training to align the team with Good Egg's standards
• Building strong customer relationships and leading effective upselling initiatives
• Maintaining and elevating barista standards-you're expected to get behind the machine too
• Supporting beverage development with creative seasonal drinks and specials
• Continuously improving workflow, cost management, and revenue performance
• Managing staff schedules, coaching team members, and working alongside the crew
• Ensuring cleanliness, efficiency, and a high standard of product delivery at all times
