Job Title: Clinic Assistant
Office Hours: 5.5 days
Up to $3400
Location: Gleneagles and Mount Alvernia
Responsibilities
• Oversees the daily administration and efficient operation of the clinics.
• Ensure that the clinic is prepared based on the desired standards of service in its operational and procedural areas.
• Provide smooth patient experience including accurate and timely registration, discharge, appointment bookings, cashiering, and other inquiries such as insurance provider information.
• Providing chaperone assistance and preparing consultation documents for doctors.
• Preparation and dispensation of prescriptions.
• Response to requests, email inquiries, and phone calls.
• Manage the clinic's administrative functions.
• Perform ad-hoc duties and responsibilities as assigned from time to time.
Requirements
• Minimum GCE "O" Levels qualification or equivalent.
• An advantage would be the ability to handle Plato-Clinic management software, as well as demonstrate proficiency in computer skills (Microsoft Office).
• Dedicated team member with strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service abilities. Speaking another language will be advantageous.
• Candidates should be adaptable and at ease working in various clinics as well as in a hospital environment. It will be advantageous to have prior expertise in the healthcare.
• Able to start soon.
