- BA/BS degree and 4-6 years' relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Independently leads small to mid-size delivery management projects.
- Creates and maintains project plans, coordinating resources and identifying / managing risks.
- Manages project costs, ensuring resource effectiveness and efficiency.
- Serves as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing issues and ensuring services are delivered in line with expectations and business requirements.
- Works with cross-functional teams to ensure the right skills are available as and when needed to meet project needs.
- Oversees / monitors project team performance, providing feedback and ensuring team members have the information and tools required for effective service delivery.
- May act as a subject matter expert for certain product areas.
- Ensures service quality meets or exceeds client expectations.
- Addresses and resolves issues arising within teams, with clients or otherwise related to project delivery.
- Identifies and recommends ways to optimize delivery processes for better efficiency and outcomes.
- Manages the performance of any 3rd Party providers and sub-contractors in order to ensure the implementation of deliverables.
