Job Requirements:
- To actively promote Xiaomi and Xiaomi partners' products and services, as well as other products and services
- To handle customers' enquiries on products and services
- Possess strong selling skills
- Serving customers and processing sales transactions
- Self-driven and able to work under pressure
- Able to work independently
- Self-motivated and possess initiative to achieve targets set
- Someone who is very responsible and hardworking
Administration:
- Ensure all correct info are clearly written on sale memos on daily basics.
- Ensure correct sale report of amount & quantities
- Ensure regular checking of promo prices in system
- Ensure daily recording
- Check monthly prices is correctly updated
- Assist in monthly online review of items
- a) check prices are correct b) remove EOL or out-of-stock items
- Always ensure good & clean shop ambience
- Tidy up store room + stock returns (if any)
- To check all demo units are fully charged
Job Requirements:
- Knowledge of wireless and internet solutions would be an advantage
- Positive attitude with a passion for delivering excellent service quality to customers
- Willing to perform shift duties and willing to work on weekends and public holidays
- Responsible and hardworking.
