Key Responsibilities
Job Requirements
- Prepare and verify claims and invoices for clients and contractors.
- Follow up of claims approval, requesting quotation and negotiating with sub-con for the best costs, ordering supplies.
- Coordinate with procurement for material, supply, and service orders.
- Schedule meetings, prepare agendas and minutes, distribute summaries, and provide administrative support with organized document and filing systems and other administrative duties.
- Coordinate with all related stakeholders.
Job Requirements
- Nitec in Engineer or related disciplines.
- 1-3 years' project admin experience.
