Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and verify claims and invoices for clients and contractors.
  • Follow up of claims approval, requesting quotation and negotiating with sub-con for the best costs, ordering supplies.
  • Coordinate with procurement for material, supply, and service orders.
  • Schedule meetings, prepare agendas and minutes, distribute summaries, and provide administrative support with organized document and filing systems and other administrative duties.
  • Coordinate with all related stakeholders.

Job Requirements
  • Nitec in Engineer or related disciplines.
  • 1-3 years' project admin experience.
