What the day will look like

Lead the development and implementation of Aon's Risk Analyzers, a suite of broker-led Risk Quantification tools designed to enhance analytical capabilities for Property, Casualty, D&O, Cyber and Professional Liability. This role is aimed at differentiating Aon and equipping brokers to drive better deals in the market - ensuring the delivery of a consistent client experience and provide insights to help clients assess their risk programs and optimise capital.

• Program Management: Lead the development and deployment of Risk Analyzers, ensuring alignment with Aon's strategic goals. Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver enhanced analytical capabilities. Track program performance using key metrics and KPIs.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with brokers, clients, and internal teams to gather requirements and feedback. Communicate program progress and insights to stakeholders. Manage program resources effectively to ensure timely delivery.
• Risk and Quality Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with program delivery Ensure quality standards are met across all analytical tools.

Skills and experience that will lead to success

• Relevant experience in leading the development and implementation of program in the insurance industry
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving abilities, organizational skills, and independent judgment to support an environment driven by customer service and teamwork
