What the day will look like
Lead the development and implementation of Aon's Risk Analyzers, a suite of broker-led Risk Quantification tools designed to enhance analytical capabilities for Property, Casualty, D&O, Cyber and Professional Liability. This role is aimed at differentiating Aon and equipping brokers to drive better deals in the market - ensuring the delivery of a consistent client experience and provide insights to help clients assess their risk programs and optimise capital.

What the day will look like
Lead the development and implementation of Aon's Risk Analyzers, a suite of broker-led Risk Quantification tools designed to enhance analytical capabilities for Property, Casualty, D&O, Cyber and Professional Liability. This role is aimed at differentiating Aon and equipping brokers to drive better deals in the market - ensuring the delivery of a consistent client experience and provide insights to help clients assess their risk programs and optimise capital.
- Program Management: Lead the development and deployment of Risk Analyzers, ensuring alignment with Aon's strategic goals. Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver enhanced analytical capabilities. Track program performance using key metrics and KPIs.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with brokers, clients, and internal teams to gather requirements and feedback. Communicate program progress and insights to stakeholders. Manage program resources effectively to ensure timely delivery.
- Risk and Quality Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with program delivery Ensure quality standards are met across all analytical tools.
Skills and experience that will lead to success
- Relevant experience in leading the development and implementation of program in the insurance industry
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving abilities, organizational skills, and independent judgment to support an environment driven by customer service and teamwork
