Key Responsibilities:
  • Take full ownership of accurate forecasting, consistent quarterly revenue delivery, and sales enablement execution.
  • Drive the implementation of agreed account and business plans to meet and exceed quota targets.
  • Manage and deliver against complex sales contracts, ensuring alignment with client needs and company objectives.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through effective planning, monitoring, and execution.
  • Utilize a consultative-selling approach to identify client challenges and present tailored IT solutions that drive profitable growth.
  • Establish and nurture high-trust relationships with key IT and business executives, acting as a strategic advisor on enterprise solutions.
  • Leverage executive sponsors and internal resources to strengthen relationships with decision-makers and influencers.
  • Focus on customer loyalty by maintaining high levels of trust and satisfaction, supported by internal surveys and feedback.
  • Expand existing business engagements and identify new opportunities through strategic account planning and execution.
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and semi-annual sales quotas through disciplined account management and growth strategies.
  • Use the Account Business Planning (ABP) process to identify, develop, and scale growth opportunities within key accounts.

Experience Required:
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in enterprise sales, with a proven track record of meeting revenue goals and managing strategic accounts.
