JOB DESCRIPTION

- Manage the staff of the company in terms of work duties and inter-staff co-operation

- Oversee sales and profitability of departmental store to sales target set by the management of the company

- To manage inventory levels by good ordering practice to ensure sufficient availability of products to optimize sales

- Plan and manage for promotional items on sales

- Weekly rooster planning for staff deployment on rotating shifts

- Develop On-The-Job training for staff to enhance staff efficiency in providing customers with a satisfying shopping experience

- Any other ad hoc duties as per assigned by the management of the company

JOB REQUIREMENTS

- Must be able to work on a 6 days' week schedule with rotating shifts (including weekends and public holidays)

- Relevant experience in Retail industry will be an added advantage
