Job Description:
- Monitoring of team activities day to day basis
- Ensuring team is equip with the right or required knowledge to execute NEW or Existing customers.
- Implementation of any NEW requirements from airlines or terminal.
- Solving any escalations from customers / internal or from ground handling.
- Manpower planning.
- To constantly work on any improvement plan for the teamwork process.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years' experience in the supply chain industry
