Store Planning Manager

- Manage & coordinate project opening/closing, retrofit, maintenance and procurement for the region.
- Manage contractors, vendors, suppliers and Landlords when appropriate or requested.
- Work with department heads / Country heads (if needed) on project planning and ensure execution meet the target objectives, budget and timelines.
- Monitor and control project schedule and cost, manage contracts and to ensure the projects are completed with brand's standard, on time and within budget.
- Go through a fair tendering process with our counterpart, direct negotiation is required if needed.
- Follow up on projects: review, evaluate and suggestions on improvements.
- Conduct reasonable site visits and store visits if required
- To prepare a project and its budget/procurements in an accurate and efficient manner.
- Responsible to evaluate risks and make decisions.
- Liaise with Paris Architect and other departments in determining needs and timeline.
- Keep strong communication with all stakeholders & other departments - externally and internally.
