Responsibilities:

• Drive business and product development by leveraging your leasing expertise and legal know-how.
• Craft and execute market strategies aligned with company values to unlock new business opportunities and exceed revenue/profit goals.
• Lead contract negotiations with local and overseas vendors/partners to secure favorable terms and long-term value.
• Grow revenue by identifying new income streams, setting smart sales targets, and empowering your team to achieve them.
• Monitor market trends and industry shifts, and collaborate with stakeholders to drive proactive, strategic responses.
• Manage and mentor the marketing team to meet and exceed performance goals.
• Contribute to ad hoc strategic initiatives and cross-functional projects as needed.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of hands-on leasing experience
• A minimum of 3 years in a managerial/leadership role.
• Proven experience handling mid to large-ticket leases, loans, and equipment financing products, including operating leases.
• Deep knowledge of leasing and loan documentation, with confidence in leading closings and negotiations.
• Strong leadership, pressure-handling, and team management skills.
• A self-starter mindset with a passion for improving processes and staying ahead of market needs.
• Willingness to travel across Japan and the Asia-Pacific region a few times annually.
