Regional Brand & Trade Marketing Manager
HEINEKEN ASIA PACIFIC BEVERAGES PTE. LTD.
As a Regional Integrated Marketing Manager, you will be an integral part of the Marketing team, supporting a diverse range of business models, each requiring a tailored marketing approach. In this role, you will work closely with Business Development Managers, cross-functional teams, agencies, and distributor partners and local OpCo Marketing Teams. Building strong customer relationships and collaborating effectively with other OpCos, Regional / Global teams and partner brands will be critical to your success.
Job Description
Incubate Markets
• Lead brand-building initiatives with local distributors across digital, social media, out-of-home (OOH), trade channels (PICOS), where applicable.
• Liaise closely with agencies and/or distributor marketing teams to align, execute, and optimize brand awareness and increase purchase intention.
• Review and refine full year marketing plans and budget, ensuring strong and consistent execution which drive business growth.
Transact Markets
• Provide strategic marketing / trade marketing support to the identified markets.
• Act as a strategic partner to co-develop and plan activities tailored to local markets and help grow brand presence, improve distribution, and drive sell-out performance.
• Share best practices and case studies from Regional / Global to inspire and guide local execution.
B2B Marketing
• Drive brand awareness and lead generation through the development and execution of B2B marketing strategies across digital platforms.
• Grow customer base by leveraging digital channels to complement Business Development Managers' offline efforts.
Transformational Projects
• Lead or contribute to key transformational projects that support business evolution, process improvement, or new strategic initiatives, e.g. Partner Connect, Loyalty Program, external brand partnerships (Snow, Guinness, Wines, craft beers).
A&P Management
• Manage A&P allocation, optimization, and reporting of A&P budgets across markets to maximize return on investment and campaign effectiveness.
Strategic planning and commercial governance
• Active involvement in commercial governance process: from SP, ICP, AP, Joint Business Planning and monthly commercial execution.
Job Requirements
• Tertiary qualification, preferably in Marketing or Business.
• Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, preferably with TM and Sales experiences.
• Experience in analysis of business problems and developing solutions.
• International working experience, dealing with cultural differences.
• Strong understanding of core Marketing / Brand frameworks with a solid grasp of Trade Marketing fundamentals.
• Strong knowledge of consumer and customer needs.
• Awareness of trends in the social and digital landscape, with the capability to effectively manage and leverage these channels.
• Experience in building long-term commercial relations and able to create a win-win partnership.
• Ability to shape strategic initiatives and translate to reality.
• Possible overseas travel of up to 30% of the time so as to be close to the ground to understand the dynamics of trade, shoppers & consumer needs.
• Commitment and swiftness in response to market demands and changes.
• Willing to get your hands dirty - involved with all aspects of your job, including routine, practical, or more junior work, or dealing with people directly.
• Role offers opportunity for career progression, ideally to succeed the Market Manager if performance is strong and leadership potential is demonstrated.
