About Us

We are a premium men's grooming destination located in the heart of Singapore's CBD, providing a refined and elevated grooming experience to discerning professional men. We are now looking for a Front of House Executive to be the face of our outlet - someone who is confident, engaging, and passionate about providing excellent customer service in a luxury setting.

Key Responsibilities

️ Reception & Client Coordination

• Welcome guests warmly and manage all front-desk activities with professionalism.
• Handle incoming calls and WhatsApp messages to assist with appointments, rescheduling, and customer queries.
• Manage the reservation system and ensure smooth check-in/check-out processes.
• Process payments and promote in-store products and grooming packages.

Housekeeping & Inventory

• Maintain inventory of grooming supplies and products; manage stock-taking and reordering.
• Ensure the outlet remains clean, organized, and guest-ready at all times.
• Provide day-to-day operational support to barbers (supplies, setup, cleanliness).
• Track staff attendance and flag tardiness or inconsistencies.

Sales & Marketing Support

• Actively promote grooming packages and cross-sell retail products to clients.
• Identify and initiate promotional tie-ups with nearby offices, hotels, and businesses.
• Support execution of in-store campaigns, promotions, and brand visibility efforts.

Reporting & Admin

• Maintain basic sales records and perform end-of-day reconciliation for owner's review.
• Provide regular updates on inventory levels, customer feedback, and sales performance.

What We're Looking For

• 2-5 years of front desk, guest relations, or retail customer service experience (luxury, hospitality, or grooming industry preferred).
• Strong interpersonal skills - confident, attractive, well-groomed, and comfortable engaging with high-end clientele.
• Highly organized with good follow-through on tasks and responsibilities.
• Able to multi-task efficiently in a fast-paced boutique environment.
• Committed to building a long-term career with us and growing with the brand.

Compensation

• Fixed Monthly Salary (commensurate with experience)
• Variable Commission/Bonus based on:
  Sales performance (products and packages sold)
  Outlet performance and personal contribution to service quality
