⏰ Contract Duration:

• 1st July 2025 to 31st December 2026 (18 months)

⌚ Working Hours:

• Monday to Thursday: 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch break)
• Friday: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM (1-hour lunch break)
• Weekends and Public Holidays: As required for events; time-off will be provided for extra duties.

Key Responsibilities

▶ Operational Support & Setup

• Provide technical support and setup for AV and multimedia facilities during lessons, CCAs, exams, meetings, and events.
• Manage live streaming, video conferencing, and multimedia production using professional equipment like DSLR cameras.
• Assist with ICT-integrated lessons and create multimedia content, including video editing and post-production.

▶ Technical Advice & Staff Training

• Advise on procurement of AV and multimedia equipment/software.
• Conduct training sessions for staff on effective use of AV and multimedia tools.
• Support staff on media-related projects and event coverage.

▶ Equipment & Inventory Management

• Oversee maintenance, servicing, and repairs of AV and multimedia equipment.
• Maintain accurate records of equipment usage, servicing history, and manage asset checks and loan systems.
• Collaborate on procurement and budgeting for equipment upkeep and replacement.

▶ Collaboration & Project Management

• Work with the ICT team and other departments to provide seamless support for AV needs.
• Manage school-commissioned AV projects, including planning, vendor coordination, and stakeholder communication.

▶ Additional Duties

• Update the school website, create digital graphics, and troubleshoot systems like the Public Address (PA) system.
• Undertake other tasks assigned by school leadership or department heads.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience

▶ Qualifications

• Diploma in Audio-Visual Technology, Multimedia Design, or a related field.

▶ Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience managing AV systems and producing multimedia content.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in asset management, including maintenance and replacement of AV equipment.
