Responsibilities:

• To manage reclamation project, ensuring compliance with project specifications and requirements
• To carry out overall responsibility for project execution, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management
• To coordinate with all divisions involved in the project
• To supervise reclamation processes to secure with safety standards
• To resolve technical and operational issues related to work in a timely and effective manner
• To resolve interface issues with relevant authorities/stakeholders
• To liaise with HDB representatives to ensure smooth project execution and regulatory compliance
• To report project progress, challenges and solutions to the HQ (Project Director)
• To implement and enforce workplace safety and health regulations to maintain a safe working environment
• To negotiate effectively with HDB representatives and consultants to achieve favorable outcomes in claim resolutions
• To analyze project risks and develop strategies to minimize any impacts from the risks

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree of Civil Engineering or equivalent
• Completion of Singapore CSCPM course (Construction Safety Course for Project Managers)
• Work experience in government Agencies/Authorities (such as HDB, JTC, LTA, etc.) and/or major construction companies in Singapore
