Responsibilities :

• Lead and oversee all architectural activities and project stages from design through construction to handover.
• Review architectural designs, drawings, and specifications to ensure accuracy, functionality, and compliance with regulatory codes.
• Manage and guide the architectural team, including mentoring junior staff and ensuring quality output.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams (Structural, M&E, QS, and Planning) to resolve technical issues and streamline workflows.
• Manage the submission and approval of design documents, including DARs, shop drawings, and material approvals.
• Conduct and attend design coordination meetings, mock-up inspections, and trade demonstrations.
• Ensure timely resolution of design discrepancies and on-site construction challenges.
• Monitor progress of architectural works on-site and ensure alignment with the overall project schedule.
• Liaise with authorities (e.g., LTA, BCA, URA) and stakeholders to facilitate regulatory approvals and inspections.
• Implement design quality assurance/control measures and ensure documentation is up to date.
• Support cost management by identifying potential value engineering opportunities

Requirements :

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or related discipline.
• Minimum 7-10 years of relevant experience in architectural management within the construction industry.
• Strong leadership, project coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Microsoft Office, and other architectural software.
• Solid understanding of building codes, construction methods, and architectural detailing.
