Summary:

• Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 5.30pm / 8.00pm to 5.30am (rotate according to schedule)
• UP$2400-$3500
• $10 night shift allowance

Responsibilities:

• Produces machined parts by programming, setting up, and operating computer numerical control (CNC) machines.
• Plans machining by studying work orders, blueprints, engineering plans, materials, specifications.
• Programs mills and lathes by entering instructions, including zero and reference points; setting tool registers, offsets, compensation
• Sets-up mills and lathes by installing and adjusting three- and four-jaw chucks, tools, attachments, collets, bushings, cams, gears, stops, and stock pushers; indicating vices.
• Verifies settings by measuring positions, first-run part, and sample workpieces; adhering to international standards.
• Maintains specifications by observing drilling, grooving, and cutting, including turning, facing, knurling and thread chasing operations; taking measurements; adhering to quality assurance procedures and processes.

Requirements:

• NITEC/Diploma in Engineering related studies
• 1-2 years of relevant working experience in manufacturing environment (preferably Oil and Gas industry)
• Able to commit to rotating shift when required
