Job Scope:

The Personal Assistant will provide administrative and organizational support, ensuring the smooth operation of both client-facing and back-office functions. This role involves managing schedules, handling confidential documents, liaising with clients, and assisting in day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, professional, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced, high-responsibility environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support:
  • Manage the calendar, appointments, and reminders
  • Prepare client meeting materials, presentations, and documentation
  • Organize and maintain digital and physical files, including sensitive financial data
  • Draft and proofread correspondence and reports
  • Helping with socia media management

Client Coordination:
  • Schedule and confirm client meetings, calls, and follow-ups
  • Act as the first point of contact for clients, providing prompt and professional responses
  • Maintain up-to-date client records and assist with onboarding processes


Personal & Miscellaneous Tasks:
  • Run occasional personal errands and tasks as required
  • Help manage travel arrangements, reservations, or logistics related to business trips

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • High level of discretion with handling confidential financial data
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and scheduling or CRM tools
  • Proficient in social media management
  • Minimum qualification Local diploma or 'A' Level
