Portfolio Relationship Manager

The Portfolio Relationship Manager is responsible for engaging with existing and prospective tenants to promote the portfolio's workspace, community and experience of the future. This role is responsible for the tenant prospecting journey, and along with the leasing managers, will facilitate the initial engagement of office and retail tenants. This role is also responsible for establishing strategic relationships with corporates and working with internal departments to deliver corporate and community engagement programs.
Responsibilities
1. Enhancing value of the portfolio and RQAM business
- Develop and evolve the tenant prospecting journey throughout the tenant lifecycle.
- Communication of ByTheBay's functionality to the tenant community and onboard tenants onto the ByTheBay platform, growing the user base.
- Source, evaluate and implement a Customer Relationship Management ("CRM") platform across departments, including but not limited to Asset Management and Property Management.
2. Community Management
- Establish and maintain strategic relationships with tenants.
- Develop a community annual event timeline with a focus on placemaking and building self-sustaining tenant communities within the portfolio.
- Maintain regular communication with tenants and translate their feedback into actionable initiatives, by collaborating with relevant departments within RQAM.
- Drive tenant engagement with the ByTheBay platform across key categories particularly BayGreen, BayGive, BayFit and BayPlay. Foster relationship with Marina Bay stakeholders to support the promotion of Marina Bay events on through the ByTheBay platform.
3. Workspace Solutions
- Collaborate with the Customer Experience Manager to promote the portfolio, Bayspace and ByTheBay platform to prospective tenants.
- Leverage data transparency to further enhance tenant understanding of staff engagement and space utilisation.
4. People Development
- Collaborative team player with the ability to work effectively across departments.
- Develop and leverage internal cross department relationships to deliver community and corporate engagement programs.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in business development, partnership management, or related roles.
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Experience in the real estate industry or a related sector is highly preferred.
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
- Self-motivated, have good communication skills, meticulous, organized and able to work independently.
- Excellent relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop and execute partnership strategies that drive business growth.
