About the Role:
This role requires a proven track record in leading high-value, sophisticated design projects from concept through execution, with strong client engagement, technical knowledge, and design innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead high-end residential, commercial, or hospitality design projects from concept development to final execution.
• Provide expert design consultation, including space planning, material selection, lighting design, and furniture specifications.
• Collaborate closely with architects, clients, subcontractors and in-house production and project teams to ensure design integrity and project alignment with client vision.
• Produce and review detailed drawings, mood boards, and 3D renderings to present to clients and stakeholders.
• Supervise the implementation of design plans, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
• Stay abreast of interior design trends, materials, and technologies relevant to the Singapore and regional markets.
• Contribute to maintaining a high standard of design excellence within the team.

Requirements:

• Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related discipline.
• 5 to 8 years of relevant professional experience with a robust portfolio.
• Strong command of design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Suite).
• Proven project leadership and client management skills.
• Professional Membership with Society of Interior Designers Singapore (SIDS) or similar accreditation is preferred.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
• Exceptional client-facing and project management skills.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple high-value projects simultaneously.
