We are seeking a skilled and passionate Baker to produce high-quality baked goods, including sourdough, brioche, bagels, and croissants. The ideal candidate has a strong attention to detail, a good understanding of baking techniques, and a commitment to food safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, mix, and bake various breads and pastries, with a focus on sourdough, brioche, croissants, and bagels
• Operate and maintain baking equipment (e.g. ovens, mixers, proofers)
• Ensure consistent quality and timely output for all baked goods
• Prepare espresso-based drinks as needed; barista experience is a plus
• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen
• Monitor product freshness and rotate or discard items as needed
• Assist in creating seasonal menu items and experimenting with new recipes
• Manage inventory and reorder baking supplies when necessary
• Follow all food safety and company guidelines

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of professional baking experience
• Experience with sourdough, brioche, croissants, or bagels is preferred
• Valid food hygiene certificate
• Able to stand for long hours and lift up to 25kg
• Reliable, independent, and works well in a team
• Passionate about artisan baking

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM
• Saturday: 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM
• Closed on Sundays
