Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Processing of e-commerce orders (ie. printing and sorting of waybills)
• Pick and pack orders for our delivery fleet and 3PL pick-up
• Receive and check incoming stock from suppliers to ensure they are accurate and in good condition
• Delivery of orders to customers in a timely manner and to communicate with customers effectively (when required)
• Stock collection from suppliers (when required)
• Accurately stock-in products onto shelves and maintain warehouse cleanliness
• Carry out daily or periodic stock-takes
• Any ad-hoc duties as assigned

Working Hours

• 5.5-Day work week
• 8:30am - 5:30pm (Monday to Friday), 9am-1pm (Saturday)
• Probation period: 3 months

Job Requirements

• Able to carry and move multiple heavy loads up to 20kg
• Possess at least a Class 3(A) license
• Able to understand, speak and write in English
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
• Able to think on your feet and work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Good stress and time management
• Detail oriented
• Prior experience in e-commerce parcel packing is a plus
