Responsibilities/Duties:

• Oversee project management, coordination, execution, and completion.
• Assemble and guide project staff, delegating tasks and responsibilities.
• Manage project resources, timelines, and progress.
• Provide regular progress reports and solutions to stakeholders.
• Implement changes and resolve team conflicts to achieve project goals.
• Develop proposals, documentation, and presentations.
• Analyze project results and troubleshoot issues as needed.
• Coach, mentor, and motivate team members and contractors.
• Attend site meetings and liaise with staff, supervisors, and suppliers.
• Perform adhoc assignments as required.
• Project management, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific projects.
• Assemble, coordinate project staff and provide direction and support to project team.
• Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel.
• Manage project resource allocation.
• Plan and schedule project timelines.
• Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders.
• Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions.
• Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project output.
• Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team.
• Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation and presentations.
• Determine the frequency and content of status reports from the project team, analyze results, and troubleshoot problem areas.
• Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project team members and contractors and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.
• Attend site meeting and liaise with site staff, supervisors, foremen and suppliers.
• Adhoc assignments.

Job Specifications/Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering / Architecture / Civil / Structural Engineering.
• 3-5 years of relevant industry experience with site exposure.
• Experience in Additions & Alterations (A&A) for commercial building upgrades.
