Shipping

• Perform Shipping duties in term of Receiving and Shipment inventory and non-inventories items.

• Process and generate documents for incoming and outgoing shipments in compliance with company procedure and trade compliance requirement.

• Knowledge on trade compliance (Singapore)

• Manage a team of Warehouse Assistant and Shipping Coordinators.

• Handle basic correspondence and communication with internal Program Admin/ Manager/Production

• Handle basic correspondence and communication with external Freight forwarder / Customers(if required)

• Identify and drive improvement and establish solutions for Shipping / Warehouse and Freight services

Requirements

Minimum Diploma in Shipping and or related education

Minimum 2 years experience

Experience in inventory control, warehouse and/or logistics preferred
