Requirements:
- Responsible for office's day to day HR & administrative related work duties
- Managing production workers and Company insurance
- Prepare and coordinate worker's work pass application/ renewal /cancellation
- Ensure employee training
- Manage and supervise the office admin functions, office supplies, equipment, facilities repairs and maintenance
- Others duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE O Level and above.
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience in the related field
- Computer literate with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office application
- Good knowledge of Employment Act, MOM & BCA regulations and practices
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
- Able to commence work within short notice
