We (Pinnacle Credit Services) are hiring a Manager, Collection and Operations to join our team.

Location: Aljunied
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collection management, operation and project management
- Implement service strategies and service improvement
- Conduct Performance Review including ensuring adherence to the Service Level Agreement
- Team building and management
- Maintain strong and cordial relationship with all clients
- Customer sales and services advocacy
- Familiar with MAS Guidelines on Outsourcing (OSPAR)
- System implementation, integration and management
- Any other ad hoc duties / projects assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
- Candidates should possess minimum Degree in any discipline or relevant experience
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Good presentation skills
- Meticulous and with good interpersonal skills
- Able to perform well under pressure and tight deadlines with minimum supervision
- Minimum 3 to 4 years of relevant experience
REQUIREMENTS:
- 9.00am to 7.00pm (Monday to Thursday)
- Friday: 9.00am to 6.00pm
- 5 day work week
- Office hours
