We are currently looking for a Marine Superintendent - Dry Bulk to join a very stable and reputable vessel owner based in Singapore. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced seafarer who is looking to transition onshore or enhance their current shore-based career.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience as a Master onboard foreign-going vessels and a strong knowledge of dry bulk operations.

Requirements:

• Professional Qualification: Master License (COC Class 1)
• Proficient in IMOS system
• Solid knowledge of international maritime regulations such as SOLAS, MARPOL, STCW, MLC, etc.
• General operational knowledge of Bulk Carrier practices

• Ability to manage and guide a small team

Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor daily weather conditions affecting the fleet ships
• Manage P&I and H&M insurance matters for assigned vessels
• Handle vessel registration and annual tonnage tax compliance
• Investigate and follow up on crew-related incidents and illnesses
• Support vessels, ship managers, and charterers through efficient post-fixture operations
• Handle and manage cargo claims and insurance-related matters
• Investigate marine incidents and accidents to improve operational safety
• Plan and approve crew changes in coordination with the crew department
• Monitor PSC inspections, manage RightShip scores, CII ratings, and maintain Q88 documentation
• Ensure vessels comply with EU-ETA settlements and upcoming maritime regulations
• Analyze and monitor vessel performance against Charter Party Agreements
