Responsibilities:
  • Support the Chairman in daily business operations, client relations, and project management.
  • Coordinate internal and external communications to ensure smooth execution of strategic initiatives.
  • Conduct research and prepare reports on industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities.
  • Assist in managing key projects, tracking progress, and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Organize meetings, travel plans, and maintain schedules.
  • Handle confidential documents and provide administrative support as needed.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Business, Finance, or related fields.
  • 2+ years of experience as a business assistant or in a similar role, preferably in finance, supply chain, or consulting.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and organizational ability.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin.
