Requirements:
- Support the Chairman in daily business operations, client relations, and project management.
- Coordinate internal and external communications to ensure smooth execution of strategic initiatives.
- Conduct research and prepare reports on industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities.
- Assist in managing key projects, tracking progress, and ensuring timely delivery.
- Organize meetings, travel plans, and maintain schedules.
- Handle confidential documents and provide administrative support as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Business, Finance, or related fields.
- 2+ years of experience as a business assistant or in a similar role, preferably in finance, supply chain, or consulting.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and organizational ability.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin.
