Shipping / Logistics coordinator

Job Responsibilities:

• Arrange and coordinate shipments with freight forwarders and carriers
• Prepare shipping documents including invoice, Packing List and Air Waybill etc.
• Communicate with suppliers, warehouse and customers
• Issue delivery order (DO), purchase order (PO), and Sales Order (SO)
• Maintain accurate records of all shipping transactions
• Response to email, phone call and updating weekly reports

Job Requirements:

• Experience at least 1 year in shipping, logistics or supply chain recommended
• Familiar with international & domestic shipping terms a plus
• Attention to details and accuracy
