Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee daily store operations to achieve sales targets and operational excellence.
• Manage and motivate store staff to drive individual and team sales performance.
• Plan and implement effective in-store promotions and customer engagement activities.
• Monitor inventory, merchandising standards, and store visual presentation.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and resolve any customer issues promptly.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager in the fashion retail industry.
• Strong sales and leadership skills, with a proven track record of top sales performance.
• Proficient in both Chinese and English to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams.
