We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator cum Admin Executive to support our sales and administrative operations. This role involves coordinating with the sales team, managing customer inquiries and orders, preparing reports, and ensuring the smooth flow of administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should be organized, have strong communication skills, and be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Support the sales team by handling quotations, processing orders, and following up on sales inquiries.
- Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and contract documentation.
- Coordinate delivery schedules with internal departments and customers.
- Prepare and send sales-related documents such as proposals, agreements, and invoices.
- Track sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management review.
- Act as the point of contact between the sales team, clients, and other departments.
- Manage general office administrative duties such as filing, correspondence, and record-keeping.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications professionally.
- Assist in arranging meetings, preparing meeting materials, and taking minutes when required.
- Manage inventory of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of contracts, agreements, and company records.
- Support HR, finance, or operations departments with basic administrative tasks when required.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in sales coordination, sales administration, or general administrative roles.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Customer-service oriented with a positive and professional attitude.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and basic invoicing software preferred.
- Previous experience supporting a sales team in a fast-paced environment is a plus.
